Biography

Mr. Blanton has been engaged as a civil litigation attorney working on matters involving all aspects of both defense litigation and the analysis and litigation of coverage issues. He has experience litigating matters in the areas of professional liability including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and long-term care.

Mr. Blanton has had significant involvement in assessing and litigating issues regarding insurance coverage especially in disputes relating to environmental contamination and latent injury claims.

Mr. Blanton has also handled the defense of fuel distribution companies in bodily injury and property damage claims.
