Bob Henley's practice focuses on family law including divorce, separation agreements, pre-marital agreements, property division, custody, child and spousal support. He has over 35 years of legal experience covering a broad range of legal matters. Bob is a past president of the Metro Richmond Family Law Bar Association, an association of attorneys practicing family law in the Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover and Colonial Heights courts. He has been selected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honorary society consisting of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
