Biography

With over 35 years of experience, Robert E. Wilson has built a career focused on helping injured individuals pursue the benefits and compensation they deserve. He leads Robert Wilson & Associates, a three-attorney firm dedicated exclusively to injury-related cases, with a strong emphasis on workers’ compensation. Robert is widely respected for his knowledge in the field and regularly lectures across the country on workers’ compensation law. His accomplishments have earned him recognition as a Minnesota Super Lawyer (2002–2004) and as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics. He has also received the Minneapolis Police Department’s Medal of Valor—an honor that speaks to the respect he has earned beyond the legal community. In addition to his day-to-day advocacy, Robert successfully argued a landmark case before the Minnesota Supreme Court that improved legal rights for people with disabilities. He holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and he brings that background—and decades of experience—to every case his firm handles.
