Biography

Mr. Rafferty is a partner with this firm concentrating in commercial litigation. He has represented individuals and companies in contractual disputes, as well as defended site safety companies and contractors in personal injury lawsuits based upon New York State's labor law in all of the five (5) boroughs and Westchester County. He has been selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyer Commercial Litigator for 2014 through 2020.

Prior to becoming a partner with Rafferty & Redlisky, LLP, Mr. Rafferty was General Counsel for CyberdocsMD, Inc. , a web based telemedicine company. He was also a Complex Claims Examiner for AIG during which he controlled, supervised and directed all aspects of complex Fidelity, Directors & Officers and Professional Liability claims.

Mr. Rafferty is a graduate of Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, NY, Stonehill College in North Easton, MA and the Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1990 as a Member of the Law Review.

Robert G. Rafferty is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, District of Columbia and the State of Florida, but practices only in New York State. He is also a past-President of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Westchester County and an active member of the New York State Bar Association and New Rochelle Bar Association.
