About Attorney Awards

Biography

Robert Bohn didn’t just stumble into the law, he was born into it as the son of a legendary San Jose injury lawyer. But before he ever stepped into a courtroom, he studied psychology, which gave him a deep, unique understanding of how trauma affects the brain and the human spirit. After graduating from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1995 and passing the bar on his first try, Rob realized that trial law was his true calling. To him, this isn’t just a career, it’s a mission to help families navigating life-changing injuries. You won’t see Rob on a flashy billboard or shouting in a TV commercial because he believes the best lawyers don’t need gimmicks. Instead, he spends his time lecturing other attorneys on brain injury litigation and leading trial lawyer organizations. A competitive athlete and longtime youth coach, Rob brings that same grit and strategy to his cases at Golden State Lawyers. He treats every client like a human being rather than a case number, ensuring they get the sophisticated, ethical representation they deserve during their toughest moments.
