Robert Hawkins, Esq.

Robert Hawkins earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law (with a minor in Russian Studies) from Binghamton University before obtaining his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he concentrated on business law and participated in clinics supporting startups. As head of his firm’s transactional group, he advises clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. He also draws on his litigation experience to handle landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures, partnership disagreements, and complex commercial cases. Outside the office, Robert serves on the Board of Directors of Brighter Tomorrows, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aids victims of domestic violence; in this role he helps define strategic priorities and ensure effective service delivery. With expertise spanning both transactional work and courtroom advocacy, Robert offers well-rounded legal guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
