Robert J. Andretz

Robert J. Andretz is a seasoned criminal defense and professional licensing attorney with more than twenty years of experience representing clients in felony and misdemeanor cases throughout Michigan. His practice spans both state and federal courts, having successfully advocated for clients in over 50 counties. Rob understands the far-reaching implications of criminal convictions and professional licensing sanctions and is committed to working closely and compassionately with clients to protect what matters most to them. He is a graduate of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan Trial College and has completed NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Practitioner Training, further enhancing his proficiency in DUI defense and related matters. Recognized for his leadership skills, Rob has served as President of the Clinton County Bar Association and the Catholic Lawyers Guild of the Diocese of Lansing. Outside his legal practice, Rob is committed to community involvement, having served on the Briggs District Library Board of Trustees and the Victor Township Planning Commission, as well as volunteering with Cub Scouts and the annual “Adopt a River” clean-up initiative. In his personal time, he enjoys reading, canoeing, camping, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
