Robert J. Betz

Robert Betz is Of Counsel at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP. During his four de¬cades of practicing law, Robert has successfully defended hospitals and physi¬cians against diverse and complex medical malpractice, professional liability and general liability claims. He has been affiliated with numerous prestigious firms in the New York area, developing along the way an outstanding reputation as a skilled and dogged litigator and health care provider advocate.

Robert’s deep interest in medicine and his strong relationships with health care professionals enhance his ability to provide effective representation. He finds the intricacies of medical science fascinating and enjoys the opportunity to learn from the doctors and nurses he works with.

Beyond health care law, Robert also has extensive experience in automobile li¬ability, labor law, and real estate law.
