Biography

Robert J. Deubel Jr. is a lawyer concentrating in the areas of workers' compensation and disability law. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans. He served as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court. In 2008, Attorney Deubel brilliantly litigated a landmark workers' compensation case that expanded the laws that allows for employees to recover benefits when they are the victim of workplace harassment. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). He is also a member of the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Trial Lawyer's Association, as well as the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida Bar Associations.
