George Wallace, 267 Va. 369, 595 S.E.2d 271 (2004), the first Supreme Court case in Virginia to grant the plaintiff the right to introduce into evidence medical bills in a personal injury action that had previously been discharged in a bankruptcy action prior to the trial.
