Robert J. Ounjian, Esq., earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School in the year 2000. Throughout his legal career, Robert has been dedicated to the practice of general liability and medical malpractice litigation, with a specific focus on cases involving birth injuries. In July 2009, he joined the esteemed firm of Carpenter & Zuckerman, LLP as an associate. His exceptional contributions and unwavering commitment to the field led to his well-deserved promotion to partner in February 2013.

Robert's tenure at CZ Law has been marked by his involvement in numerous jury trials and arbitrations, displaying his proficiency in navigating complex legal cases. Notably, he played a pivotal role as second-chair in a medical malpractice birth injury case, which culminated in a monumental $74.525 million verdict. Over the span of 11 years at CZ Law, Robert has effectively resolved approximately 550 cases spanning the spectrum of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, elder abuse, and product liability. His remarkable achievements have resulted in the recovery of more than $350 million in justice for injured plaintiffs.

Robert Ounjian's outstanding legal acumen has not gone unnoticed.
