Biography

Robert J. Spayde was born in Elizabethtown, PA, spending most of his life living in Pennsylvania. He served in the United States Army for 12 years, after which he returned to civilian life. Robert, or "Bob," enrolled in Millersville University in Fall 2011 to study Government and Political Affairs with a minor in Economics. He graduated in 2013 with his BA and enrolled in law school at Widener Commonwealth Law School. He graduated in 2018 with his juris doctorate, after which he joined the firm at Handler, Henning & Rosenberg. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.Bob specializes in all areas of personal injury law, including Social Security Disability, workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle crashes. His passion for service and community involvement makes him an excellent advocate for his clients, giving him the opportunity to understand and meet his client's deepest needs. Using the law to help regular people is the most rewarding part of his work.In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and riding his motorcycle. He also coaches youth sports outside of work, and served as the football coach for the Donegal Braves for several years. As a conscientious member of his community, he also serves on the Donegal School District School Board.
