Biography

I am a founding member at Valli Kane & Vagnini and have dedicated that last 20 years of my career to assisting and representing employees in the fields of Civil Rights, Employment Discrimination, the False Claims Act, Minimum Wage and Overtime Violations. I have been lead counsel on many trials in both Federal and State Court.  I have represented thousands of Plaintiffs and Claimants with respect to Class Action Wage and Hour cases and Mass Action Race and Age discrimination cases brought nationwide against various Fortune Five Hundred companies. I have appeared as a guest speaker on News Channel 12 and as a legal commentator on Court TV.  I have lectured on criminal, civil rights, discrimination and wage and hour laws for a variety of civic and legal organizations.
