Robert Jeffries

Attorney Robert Jeffries has spent years representing thousands of consumers in Lemon Law claims against every major vehicle manufacturer, covering all the makes and models drivers see on the road. He has taken numerous Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty cases to trial courts, argued dispositive motions in state and federal courts countless times, and takes genuine pride in defending individual car owners. Before focusing on consumer protection, Robert served as a prosecutor in New York and Ohio, handling cases from minor traffic infractions through robberies, assaults, arsons, and homicide trials. That courtroom experience—along with roles as a Certified Gang Specialist and on an Arson Investigation Team—continues to inform his advocacy. A former 17-year volunteer firefighter/EMT, he remains passionate about public service. Outside the office, Robert enjoys the outdoors with his wife and soon-to-be four children, active roles at St. John Vianney and St. Jerome’s parishes, and years of service on his city’s Board of Building and Zoning Appeals.
