Biography

We help clients navigate the sometimes confusing world of estate planning, helping them avoid paying unnecessary taxes, costs, and fees so that more assets pass efficiently and quickly to enrich the lives of their loved ones or support their favored causes. We design our plans to be enforceable and clear, with a goal of minimizing disputes over our client’s hard-earned legacies.

Bob has 43 years of experience as a practicing lawyer and works with his sons, fellow Illinois attorneys Patrick and Daniel. We thoughtfully counsel and represent persons keeping in mind that each client is important. We are sensitive to the need to minimize overall fees and costs.
