Biography

Robert Legislador has over 25 years of legal experience practicing primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security Disability law throughout Iowa. Robert grew up in Clive, Iowa. After high school he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and went on to attended Drake University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa state courts, the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Robert is a member of the Iowa Association for Justice, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, Iowa Association of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, Iowa State Bar Association, and Linn County Bar Association.

He and his wife, Stephanie, have three children and live in Cedar Rapids.
