Robert Justin Driscoll

I was admitted to the practice of Law in 1974. In the 44 years since then I have devotedmy career to representing folks who have been put upon by the powers of the State and Federal Government. My clients most often face the loss of their property, freedom as well as the Death Pemalty. I work tirelessly to protect them against the inexhaustible resourse of the government and get them home safe as quickly as possible.   I was a bad alcoholic and cocaine abuser for a number of years.  Through good luck and tremendoul outpouring of love and support from my family, friends and the profession I have been given reprieve from that hell for close to 15 years. Now in my life and work I am well suited to understand and advocate for those who are still suffering the consequences of their bad choices and addictions. I devote as much time and energy as it takes to be of assistance to suffering members of my profession.   I am an avid skier. I was a member of the National Ski Patrol when I was In College. I was a ski racer and a member of the USSA for many years.   I am an avid horseman. I have been a member of the Roundup Riders of the Rockies for a number of years.  I have played polo for 30 years and a member of the USPA .  I have been a mounted fox hunter for 30 years and member of the MFHA.  I also enjoy show jumping.   I am an avid hunter. My favorite is upland game. I also enjoy Mountain hiking and climbing.   I enjoy restoring old cars.   I owned and operated a working Navaho Churro sheep ranch in San Miguel county New Mexico for 20 years.
