Biography

Robb Campbell is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell and is a 2002 graduate of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Federal Bar Associations. Mr. Campbell focuses his practice primarily on personal injury, employment related cases, and workers' compensation cases. Mr. Campbell has represented clients in numerous auto accident cases, premises liability cases, and employment and workers' compensation cases. Mr. Campbell advises and represents clients on a variety of Employment issues including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; issues involving the EEOC and Louisiana's Department of Labor; the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and Title VII; state employment laws regarding employment discrimination, wage payment, worker's compensation, and unemployment compensation; and issues involving employment contracts. Mr. Campbell has a special interest in workers' compensation and employment law cases and has represented clients throughout Louisiana.

Robb has been named to the 2012 Louisiana Rising Stars list as one the top up-and-coming attorneys in Louisiana for 2012. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor. The selection for this respected list is made by the research team at Super Lawyers.
