Robert graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (International Law and Diplomacy). In 2004, Robert graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska with his Doctor of Jurisprudence. In addition to providing creative solutions to complex estate and trust administration issues, Robert also regularly speaks and writes on topics of post mortem planning, estate administration, and elder law issues. Robert is currently a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Clark County Bar Association, and a committee member of the State Bar Probate and Trust Section, Legislative Committee. He also serves as a board member and officer of Las Gaviotas Public Charity. Robert is an AV® rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell and has been named a “Mountain States Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. He has also been named as one of the “Top Lawyers” for Estate Planning by VEGASINC, a weekly business magazine, recognizing him as one of the “Best of the Best in Southern Nevada.”
