Antitrust Law: Defended and successfully resolved antirust claims made against a manufacturer in multi-district litigation against exclusive dealing claims brought by multiple classes of plaintiffs and competitors

Mr. Corp has extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in investigations conducted by government agencies. Buffalo Fluoride Lawsuit

An investigative report from The Buffalo News uncovered that the City of Buffalo has not added fluoride to the city’s water supply since 2015. After the report was published, many Buffalo residents reached out to Robert Corp for legal options to force the City of Buffalo to reinstate fluoride to the city’s water supply and compensate for the damage caused by the lack of fluoridation over the past 8 years.

Robert Corp recently filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of the concerned residents of the City of Buffalo due to the lack of fluoridation in the city’s water supply.
