Robert N. Miller is a shareholder with the law firm of Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball in Jacksonville, Florida, where he specializes in estate planning, probate, guardianship, and elder law. Rob was educated at Washington & Lee University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in 1985, and his law degree, cum laude, in 1994. While in law school, he was a member of the Law Review. Between college and law school, he served as a Lieutenant in the United States Army with the 6th Battalion, 8th Field Artillery, 7th Infantry Division (Light). Rob has been selected to “Florida’s Legal Elite” by Florida Trend Magazine and “The Best Lawyers in America.” In 2019, he was selected as one of the “Top 25 Lawyers in Jacksonville” by Florida Super Lawyers. He is one of only 311 attorneys in Florida board certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates by The Florida Bar.
