Biography

Robert S. Metro, or “Rob” to those that know him, is a trial lawyer dedicated to the fields of Personal Injury and Family Law. Rob’s reputation among clients and colleagues is for aggressive representation with  friendly professionalism.  For nearly a decade, Rob has advocated for clients under the most contested circumstances, frequently litigating divorces, child custody matters and personal injury cases. Mr. Metro is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Beaufort County Bar Association and member of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. He regularly lectures at legal education classes for the public. Mr. Metro is also a certified South Carolina Circuit Court Mediator and regularly serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Family Court.  Detailed preparation and regular client communications are the hallmarks of his successful practice.  He regularly offers free consultations to prospective clients, and makes home visits for those injured.  Rob Metro and Sam Bauer were recently recognized by Hilton Head Monthly Magazine as Reader’s Choice Favorites.
