Biography

Robert Schifferdecker is a member of the firm’s Evictions & HOA Litigation Team. Robert advises clients facing real estate problems such as HOA conflicts, landlord-tenant issues, and property disputes.

Before joining R&H, Robert was an associate at an AM Law 100 firm focused on insurance defense. He also provided in-house legal counsel to a major debt collection agency, where he represented it in litigation and ensured compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. His experience spans various practice areas, including employment law, oil and gas law, and natural gas law. Robert has handled cases in Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, and Alaska.
