Robert T. Ward

Attorney Robert Ward has deep Wisconsin roots, raised in Milwaukee and committed to serving injured workers throughout the state. After graduating from Marquette University, he earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1982. Rob has devoted nearly three decades to workers’ compensation law and is known for steady, experienced advocacy in both straightforward claims and hard-fought disputes. Over the course of his practice, he has handled workers’ compensation cases at every level of appeal, including proceedings before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He also contributes to the profession through his involvement with the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers’ Workers’ Compensation Committee. Rob has received long-standing peer recognition, including inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and annual selection to Wisconsin Super Lawyers from 2005 through 2024. In 2019, two leading firms, Domer Law and Ward Law Firm, combined to broaden services for injured workers, and Rob transitioned to an of counsel role at Domer Law in 2020.
