Biography

Robert Bowden began his professional journey in Texas, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science in 2015 and his Master of Arts in 2017 from the University of Texas at Tyler. He went on to attend Texas A and M University School of Law, graduating in 2020 and beginning his legal career as an estate planning and real estate attorney. These early experiences allowed him to build strong client relationships and develop a thorough understanding of complex legal issues involving property and long-term planning.

Robert later transitioned into personal injury defense work in Virginia, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies and defense teams evaluate and approach injury claims. This perspective eventually led him to shift to the plaintiff’s side, where he felt he could make a more meaningful impact for individuals harmed by negligence. He now practices at Morgan and Morgan’s Fort Myers office, focusing on personal injury and car accident cases. Robert brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter he handles, using both his diverse background and his passion for helping people to advocate effectively for those who need it most.
