Biography

Roberta S. Fay is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Family Relations Law Specialist, a distinction that underscores her formidable legal acumen, skillset and commitment to excellence in family law. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ms. Fay graduated from Piqua High School in 1988 before earning her Bachelor of Arts in History from Wright State University in 1997. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2000.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Fay has focused exclusively on family law, including high-asset divorce litigation, domestic relations, and child custody matters. She is particularly proud of her extensive work as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, where she has served as a passionate advocate for children. Her dedication to protecting the interests of families and children has been a hallmark of her practice, earning her a reputation as a trusted and compassionate attorney.
