Mr. Zarco is widely respected for his strategic advocacy, trial experience, and practical business perspective in high-stakes disputes involving complex commercial relationships. His practice encompasses litigation, arbitration, mediation, business negotiations, and transactional matters involving sophisticated business and franchise-related issues.

Over the course of his career, he has become particularly well known for representing franchisees and independent business owners in system-wide disputes against some of the largest franchise organizations and corporate entities in the world. Mr. Zarco has received numerous honors throughout his distinguished career. In 2021, he received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Association of Franchisees & Dealers (AAFD) in recognition of his decades of advocacy promoting fair franchising practices and protecting franchisee rights nationwide. Mr. Zarco graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He subsequently worked as a financial analyst for General Motors in New York while simultaneously pursuing graduate business studies at Pace University. Born in Cuba, Mr. Zarco immigrated to the United States with his family in 1961. Fluent in Spanish, he brings a multicultural perspective to his representation of domestic and international clients. His entrepreneurial background and early exposure to business ownership continue to shape his practical, business-minded approach to client representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Zarco is an active philanthropist and community leader who has served numerous charitable, educational, healthcare, and civic organizations. He strongly believes in giving back and has supported a wide variety of initiatives benefiting healthcare, education, community development, and charitable causes both locally and internationally.
