Biography

Robin L. Cahill devotes her practice to the area of trust and estates, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives; elder law; probate and trust administration; and conservatorships and guardianships. Ms. Cahill received her Juris Doctor degree, with Scholastic Merit, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December of 1989 and was admitted to the California State Bar in June of 1990.

An active member of the legal community, Ms. Cahill has served as a court appointed attorney in conservatorship, guardianship, dementia, and guardian ad litem cases for the San Diego and North County divisions of the San Diego Superior Probate Courts since 2000. She also serves as a consultant to the San Diego County Fiduciary Abuse Specialist Team. Ms. Cahill is a member of the State Bar of California; Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association; and the Trusts and Estates Section of the North County Bar Association.

Ms. Cahill is dedicated to serving the San Diego community and is actively involved in a number of community organizations, serving as a former director of the Friends of County Animal Shelters and a member of the Kiwanis Club of La Jolla.
