Biography

Robyn Ayres joined the firm in 2004. She has devoted her practice to defending physicians, nurses, hospitals and other health care providers in malpractice litigation. Her practice also includes health care law, commercial law and products liability litigation, in which she had prior legal experience before joining the firm. She has tried numerous cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2008 alone, Ms. Ayres took 5 high exposure cases to trial and achieved 5 of the 16 "Million Dollar Med Mal Defense Verdicts" as reported by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. Ms. Ayres has been consistently recognized by her peers as a Virginia "Rising Star" in medical malpractice defense, Law and Politics and Virginia Super Lawyers magazines.
