Robyn Levin

Robyn Levin represents injured parties in insurance recovery, personal injury, medical negligence, and civil rights litigation. Robyn has skillfully handled an array of challenging cases. Her notable accomplishments include many multimillion-dollar resolutions. In one case involving a severe brain injury resulting from medical negligence, she came up with a creative approach that resulted in a seven-figure resolution without any prolonged litigation. That resolution ensured her client’s healthcare needs could be met quickly, and would continue to be met for years to come. In another case, she aided a client in obtaining insurance benefits which ultimately meant he did not need to file for bankruptcy. Robyn is also well-regarded for her writing skills, and in many of her cases she has won important arguments before the court which have doubled and tripled the value of her cases.

A fourth-generation Coloradan, Robyn’s journey into law was shaped by a blend of personal experiences and academic pursuits. She is a proud alumna of Cherry Creek High School in Denver and Colby College in Maine, where she earned distinctions in two majors and met her lifelong partner. Post-college, while seeking a career that would satisfy her intellectual curiosity and desire to make a meaningful difference, Robyn explored various paths. This exploration led her to work as a trial paralegal. Eventually, Robyn attended Stanford Law School, where she thrived and honed her legal skills. During her time at Stanford, she engaged in civil rights advocacy, was a published member of the Stanford Law Review, and gained experience at a prestigious New York law firm.

Robyn’s commitment to client welfare extends beyond the courtroom. She maintains close, personal relationships with her clients. In fact, she has a photo album on her phone dedicated to photos she receives from current and former clients, and it is filled with photos of grandchildren, parents, birthday celebrations, and vacation snapshots. Robyn says that those photos are why she loves her work, and that she strives to practice law in a way that is first and foremost focused on the people and families she can aid through her advocacy.
