During this time, he has worked with a multitude of businesses, entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and influencers helping them solve the business and legal challenges they face.

Rocco earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a Recent Decisions Editor for the Duquesne Law Review. He received an M.B.A. in applied business from Waynesburg University and his undergraduate degree in psychology from Washington & Jefferson College. Rocco is also a licensed PA Title Agent and co-founder of 24-7 Settlement Services, LLC.

Beyond his legal practice, Rocco is a respected voice in leadership and business ethics, frequently speaking at conferences and sharing his insights on the importance of kindness in business, as highlighted in his TEDx talk, “Radical Kindness: Why the Unbillable Hour Matters Most in Business.” His commitment to community service is evident in his active participation on the boards of various non-profit organizations, including The CLG Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization he founded in 2023 to enhance the lives of underprivileged youth through entrepreneurship.

Outside of the office, Rocco is an avid reader, frequent podcast guest, fitness enthusiast, and self-proclaimed amateur chef. Most importantly, Rocco spends his free time with his 3 wonderful children, Gabe, Ellie, and Malina.
