Biography

Rocco P. Imperatrice, III is a lifelong Delaware County resident. He has served in multiple community and legal leadership roles, including, President of the Delaware County Bar Association, Chairman of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority, and Chairman of the Edgmont Township Board of Supervisors. Mr. Imperatrice concentrates his practice upon real estate and land development, commercial litigation (including employment discrimination defense litigation), higher education and corporate and business representation. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, 1st and 3rd Circuits, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and is a cum laude graduate of Widener University School of Law and graduate of St. Joseph’s University.
