Rocco P. Imperatrice, III is a lifelong Delaware County resident. Mr. Imperatrice concentrates his practice upon real estate and land development, commercial litigation (including employment discrimination defense litigation), higher education and corporate and business representation.

He has served in multiple community and legal leadership roles, including, President of the Delaware County Bar Association, Chairman of the Delaware County Industrial Development Authority, and Chairman of the Edgmont Township Board of Supervisors.
