Biography

Rochelle Harding is a Las Vegas native who graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law and is admitted to the Nevada Bar and licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She began her practice in personal injury and workers’ compensation but discovered her true calling in family law, representing hundreds of clients in divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. She also maintains experience in personal injury and criminal matters. Deeply committed to her community, Ms. Harding volunteered as a mediator during the COVID-19 pandemic to help prevent evictions and secure mortgage assistance for homeowners, has participated in the "Ask a Lawyer" program, represented foster children in dependency actions, and accepted pro bono cases through Southern Nevada Legal Aid—an effort for which she was honored by the organization. Her combination of skill, compassion, and dedication guides clients through difficult legal challenges.
