Biography

Rodney L. Jefferson has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2010 and joined the Boleman Law Firm in 2026. During Law School he clerked at the U.S. Department of Justice. Following Law School he served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Prior to joining the Boleman Law Firm, he led a general litigation practice focusing on Bankruptcy Law and Civil Litigation.

Rodney is a native of Richmond, Virginia and enjoys traveling, biking, spending time with his family and attending college sporting events.
