Rodrigo Ferrario is a Director, Corporate Counsel of Atlas Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAWW) and its airline operating subsidiaries: Atlas Air, Polar Air Cargo, Southern Air and Titan Aviation Leasing. Mr. Ferrario’s responsibilities include managing and providing legal advice on aircraft acquisition, finance and leasing transactions and a wide range of other corporate transactional matters. Mr. Ferrario provides legal support to the company’s global teams, including contract negotiation and litigation strategy in the Latin American region.

Mr. Ferrario joined the company in June 2019 and has experience representing airlines in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and other general corporate matters with a particular focus on aviation finance transactions.

Mr. Ferrario earned his law degree in the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Argentina (Buenos Aires, Argentina - 2004) and holds two advanced academic law degrees: “Specialist in Business Law” (Universidad de San Andres, Buenos Aires, Argentina - 2008) and “Master of Laws - LL.M” (Duke University, U.S.A - 2009).
