Biography

Mr. Fitzgibbon, a shareholder and director of Gill Ragon Owen, P.A., was educated at University of Arkansas at Little Rock and University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Mr. Fitzgibbon joined the Arkansas Bar in 1998. His trial practice includes complex construction and commercial litigation, eminent domain, railroad defense and real estate disputes. Mr. Fitzgibbon’s practice is also comprised of providing general corporate representation especially with regard to regulatory and loss prevention matters. Additionally, Mr. Fitzgibbon’s practice has included corporate, regulatory and intellectual property matters in over 40 countries and the U.S.A. Mr. Fitzgibbon is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsels. He is married to Mindy Fitzgibbon, and they have two children, Jackson and Olivia. They attend Second Baptist Church in downtown Little Rock.MemberMoot Court Board, 1997.
