Roger K. Evans has over 40 years of experience representing individuals, families, farmers, ranchers, and businesses in real estate, probate, will and trust administration, estate planning, and business matters in Salem, Oregon, the Willamette Valley, and throughout the State of Oregon.

Mr. Evans is a member of the Marion County Bar Association, the Oregon State Bar Association, and the United States District Court of Oregon. Mr. Evans is also a member of the Oregon State Bar Member Sections concerning Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration Law, Agricultural Law, Business Law, and Real Estate and Land Use Law. Mr. Evans is licensed to practice in Oregon state courts and Federal U.S. District Court of Oregon, and is appointed to serve as an arbitrator for various civil cases in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties.

Mr. Evans lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife and his two children. He enjoys the outdoors camping, snow and water skiing, riding his dirt bike in the desert and mountain bike, as well as hiking.
