ROGER W. BACKLAR is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Sherman Oaks, California, office. As a civil litigator for more than 17 years, Mr. Backlar has a wide range of experience representing private, corporate and governmental clients in state and federal courts. He regularly represents companies in matters involving products liability, premises liability, employment law, and complex business litigation.
