I only give Rohn a 'no' on possessing general ethical standards because of one incident where he and a then-sitting judge 'gamed' the retirement notice/judicial appointment system in an attempt to circumvent the normal process to get Rohn appointed judge [unsuccessful]. Otherwise, I've always had positive experiences with Rohn.
