Ron Davidson: Attorney with Preszler Injury Lawyers

Biography

Ron Davidson joined Preszler Injury Lawyers in December 2023. He brings over 35 years of litigation experience and practices personal injury law through motor vehicle accident claims, institutional abuse claims, including sexual assaults and assaults, slip and fall claims, assault claims, including assault by police, and negligence claims involving waivers. Ron graduated from Queen’s Law School in 1982. He spent 27 years as a crown prosecutor and over 10 years as a civil litigator. For the last 7 years, he has acted exclusively for plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

In his years as a crown attorney, Ron worked relentlessly for victims, prosecuting many murder cases and assaults, including sexual assaults. He now brings the same passion and energy to his personal injury practice. Ron believes that everyone is uniquely affected by an accident. He is dedicated to achieving the best possible result for all of his clients.

Ron has a strong interest in continuing education. He recently made presentations at continuing legal education seminars on the Successful Examination of Opposing Witnesses and Effective Advocacy in Remote Hearings.

Here is a fun fact: Ron represented Canada in hockey at the Olympics in 1980 at Lake Placid.

Outside the office, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys canoeing, hiking, and skiing in the great outdoors.
