Biography

Ronald A. Amarant concentrates his practice in general profit and non-profit corporate and business law with an emphasis on higher education law, regulatory compliance, business transactions, contract negotiation and preparation, employment law, real estate matters and estate planning and administration. As a general civil practitioner for over twenty-five years, his experience also includes a variety of employment and student discrimination matters, bank loan and private placement financings and representation of clients in matters involving federal, state and local governmental agencies. Mr. Amarant is a graduate of Yale University and the Widener University School of Law. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in Widener University’s Masters of Public Administration Program and currently serves on several committees of the Delaware County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
