Biography

Ronald has over 35 years of experience as a civil practitioner. He concentrates his practice in general profit and non-profit corporate and business law with an emphasis on higher education law, regulatory compliance, business transactions, contract negotiation, employment law and estate planning and administration.

Ronald has served as an Adjunct Professor in Widener University’s Masters of Public Administration Program and currently serves on several committees of the Delaware County Bar Association and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
