• Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. – Served as co-counsel for largest vendor in debtor’s reorganization efforts.

• Patriot Coal Corporation – Represented trade creditors, including national leasing company, and dozens of former employees regarding wrongful termination claims.

• James River Coal Company, Inc. – Represented trade creditors in defense of preference actions to recover, in one case, over a million dollars.

• AMF Bowling Worldwide, Inc. – Represented two of the four members of the Unsecured Creditors Committee.

• Canal Corporation (f/k/a Chesapeake Corporation) – Served as co-counsel for indenture trustee with unsecured claims of over $250 million.

• LandAmerica 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. – Represented two of five plaintiffs selected to serve as lead cases to determine the rights of exchange customers.
