In 1980, Ron Rundberg graduated from Mid-America Nazarene College with a B.A., cum laude, in Business Administration. Before attending law school, he was the co-founder of an adoption agency and the general manager of a family-owned manufacturing company. He obtained his law degree from the University of Kansas School Of Law in 1991. From 1991 through 1997, he was an associate attorney with the firm of Ferree, Bunn, Rundberg & Ridgway, and he was a shareholder there from 1998 to 2018. He is the founder of Rundberg Law, LLC, focusing solely on family law.
Since 2014, judges and other attorneys have designated Mr. Rundberg to be AV Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. This means that he has been recognized for having the “highest level of professional excellence” for both legal ability and ethical standards. Since 2016, he has also been selected to Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers. Only 5% of attorneys in Missouri and Kansas receive this distinction.
Mr. Rundberg has personal experience in dealing with the impact of divorce. He understands what his clients are going through during their divorce. He and his wife have been married for over 27 years and have a blended family of five adult children. He and his wife are facilitators of a Divorce Care class, and he also is a Sunday school class director.
Mr. Rundberg is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, and Johnson County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Rundberg has been a speaker on topics related to divorce, the impact of divorce on business, adoption, and estate planning.
