I have known Mr. Richardson for more than 20 years. I find him to be untrusthworthy, inarticulate, lacking the ability to analyze and evaluate the law, unable to provide an accurate recitation of facts and not knowledgeable of the law or rules of procedure. We have always been on opposite sides, but my opinions expressed here have been developed over a long history in asbestos, lead paint and other products litigation as well as experience in appeals of cases with him.
