Ronald Scott Prokes

R. Scott Prokes focuses his practice on helping individuals, families, and businesses with a wide range of legal needs, including business matters, contracts, family law, real estate issues, estate planning, and civil litigation. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1976, he built a strong educational foundation that blends finance and law. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Butler University in 1998, then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2001. Mr. Prokes has been licensed to practice in Indiana since 2001 and later expanded his practice to Michigan, where he has been licensed since 2007. Committed to continued learning, he returned to Indiana University to earn an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2010. Clients appreciate his practical, detail-oriented approach, especially when matters involve contracts, long-term planning, or high-value assets.
