Biography

Rory is a senior associate attorney based out of WSHB's New Orleans office. In his practice with the firm, he handles insurance coverage and complex civil litigation.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Rory graduated from Brother Martin High School before attending Louisiana State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Political Science. While an undergraduate, Rory was an offensive lineman for the football team and on the SEC All-Academic Honor Roll throughout his tenure. He later attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While in law school, Rory was a Dean’s Scholar and participated in the Tullis Moot Court. Rory also participated in LSU Law’s Barrister Bowl, a charity football fundraiser, and was the Barrister Bowl commissioner. In this role, he helped raise funds for Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response (STAR), a non-profit organization that provides advocacy, counseling, and legal services to those affected by sexual trauma.

Rory is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the Jefferson Parish Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
