Biography

The majority of Rosalie’s practice focuses on the representation of medical institutions, individual physicians, and other medical personnel in complex medical malpractice matters.

She is involved in all stages of litigation, with particular attention to case development, legal research, managing discovery, motion support, and trial prep.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Rosalie worked as a matrimonial attorney focusing on complex equitable distribution of high asset parties as well as sensitive child custody and support matters.

During law school, Rosalie worked at Fordham Law’s Appellate Litigation clinic where she participated in all aspects of the appellate process, including conducting legal research, drafting persuasive briefs, and preparing for oral arguments.
