Rose Mahdavieh is a member of the Securities Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig West Palm Beach Office. Rose represents broker-dealers and financial institutions in litigation proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a part of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement at the Miami Regional Office.

• Advised Bitcoin ATM company and money services businesses on cryptocurrency regulations and corporate governance.°
